Description:
Strategic Systems Programs intends to enter into negotiations on a sole source basis with Northrup Grumman Innovation Systems (NGIS), P.O. Box 98, Magna, Utah 84044-0098, for the management and performance of the capital maintenance of equipment and facilities at the Naval Industrial Reserve Ordnance Plant (NIROP) Bacchus, located in Magna, Utah. This facility is used to support the TRIDENT II (D5) Missile Program in accordance with the approved Justification and Approval. NGIS is the contractor that has custody of the property and use of the facilities on which the work is to be performed. Interested parties should contact NGIS at the above address. Security Clearance Required. This synopsis is for information purposes only. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR.
