*Notice to Offerors: Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.
The primary purpose of this solicitation is to obtain Elevator Maintenance Services for McConnell Air Force Base (AFB). Work operations involve full-service elevator monthly inspections, maintenance, repairs, replacements, routine, and emergency calls. Additionally, annual inspections will be complied with according to the performance work statement.
Contractors must submit completed Standard Form 1449 (SF1449) as part of their Request for Quote (RFQ) submission. This form must include information that meets the minimum requirements outlined in the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). Failure to submit quotes that comply with the PWS and the SF1449 will result in disqualification from the award consideration process.
