- ADVERTISEMENT FOR BID Sealed bids for FY26 Mill & Overlay Program, Project TP2606 will be received by the City of Gladstone, MO at City Hall, 7010 N. Holmes, until 10:00 AM, Tuesday, July 8, 2025, at which time bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. All bids must be submitted in accordance with forms and conditions set forth in the Bidding Documents. The project consists of approximately 122,000 square yards of milling, 16,000 tons of asphalt and other associated work. Pursuant to Section 292.675, RSMO, the Contractor shall provide a ten-hour Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) construction safety program for all on-site employees. Complete sets of Bidding Documents and Plans will be available for review and purchase for $25.00, at the front desk of Gladstone City Hall, City of Gladstone, 7010 N. Holmes, Gladstone, Mo.
