Proposal due date changes from September 25th, 2025 4pm EST, to October 27th, 2025 4pm EST. All Offerors must acknowledge this amendment. Please submit all Proposals to the Contracting Officer, Yolanda Glover, at yolanda.glover@va.gov by Monday October 27th, 2025, no later than 4 pm EST.
