Description
The Bay Pines VAMC, 10000 Bay Pines Blvd, Bay Pines, FL 33744, has a requirement for for a (1) year contract to provide Steris Preventative Maintenance Service. The Bay Pines VA Healthcare System (BPVAHCS) requires a services contract to provide scheduled maintenance, repairs, and software updates for the Steris ultrasonic cleaners, washer/disinfectors, and sterilizers. Services will include technical phone support, one-site service, customer care calls, preventative maintenance checks, and factory authorized updates/modifications.All vendors must be properly registered in the System Award Management database (SAM). Price quotes shall include the Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) Number, Veteran Small Business Certification (VetCert and DSBS) if applicable, Small Business Status, an authorized distributor letter on the manufacturer s letterhead if applicable, a copy of a price list or any other supporting information for the price submitted.
