The Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Norfolk Contracting Department, Norfolk, VA 23511-3392, intends to award a single award, Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract for contractor support to provide facilitator services to the Chaplain Religious Enrichment Development Operation (CREDO) located in Norfolk, Virginia. The Government will solicit and award using the policies and procedures of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items; FAR Part 13.5, Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Products and Commercial Services.Services are expected to commence on/around 30 March 2025 and continue through 29 March 2026 for a base period of twelve (12) months.This requirement will be solicited competitively as a 100 percent Small Business set-aside. The activity-s small business office concurs with this determination. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code applicable to this procurement is 813110, Religious Organizations. The size standard is $13.0 (millions of dollars). The Product Service Code is G002. The scope of work will require the contractor to participate in the development, implementation, facilitation and evaluation of CREDO retreats, workshops, and administrative support activities. The Contractor shall provide on-site support for retreats, workshops, and assessments associated with the CREDO program as required in the Performance Work Statement.
