THIS REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. This RFI is issued for the purpose of developing a viable solicitation that will best communicate the Government's requirements to industry. It does not constitute a solicitation and shall not be construed as a commitment by the Government. The Government will not reimburse contractors for any costs incurred as a result of their submission to this announcement. Any information submitted by respondents is strictly voluntary and does not preclude participation in any future Request for Quote, Invitation for Bid, or Request for Proposal, if any issued. Responses will not be returned to the responder. GENERAL INFORMATION: Army Contracting Command U.S. Army Intelligence & Security Command (ACC-INSCOM), is in the process of determining the acquisition strategy for a G-37 TREX Language Training Subscriptions and Service. The product must meet the list of salient characteristics noted in the attachment.
The Government anticipates awarding a Firm Fixed Price contract. The proposed North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this requirement is 513210 Software Publishers, with a small business size standard of $47M. The Product Service Code is 7J20 IT and Telecom Security and Compliance Products (Hardware and Perpetual License Software). Additionally, the Government is considering a sixty (60) month contract for this service that may include: a base period of 12 months and four (4) 12 month option periods. System for Award Management (SAM) will be mandatory for this requirement (see SAM website at https://beta.sam.gov). UEI information will be mandatory for this contract.
