Galeria de la Raza will accept sealed bids for a construction contract to furnish all labor, materials and related costs for the tenant improvements Phase 1 at 2840 16th Street, San Francisco. Scope includes new electrical, lighting, fire alarm, fire sprinkler, partial plumbing, partial mechanical, framing, acoustical ceilings and interior finishes for multi-use space and gallery. Space is in a recently completed new residential building. Bid Due Date: Friday, May 2, 2025 at 4 PM Mandary Job Walk will be held on Wed, April 16th, 2025 at 11:00 AM at 2840 16th Street SBE Participation: This project has a 25% SBE Subcontractor Participation goal. SBE Bidders will be eligible for a 10% rating bonus.
