No Bid May Be Withdrawn After The Closing Time For Receipt Of Bids For A Period Of Sixty (60) Days. The Work To Be Done Shall Consist Of Furnishing All Labor, Materials And Equipment Necessary To Construct The Proposed Grading, Drainage, Base & Pavement Improvements For Galilee Church Road, Et Al. As Shown On The Construction Drawings.
