NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center San Diego, in support of COMPACFLT, is issuing this combined synopsis/solicitation as a total Small Business (SB) set-aside for a commercial Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) purchase order to procure Berthing and Messing Program require inspection, testing, certifying, and repair of the Fire Suppression Systems on board COMPACFLT San Diego Berthing & Messing Barges.
This procurement will be conducted using a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) source selection process in accordance with FAR Part 13.
Interested parties shall provide their best offer to the Government in accordance with the Addendum to 52.212-1 in the solicitation by the closing date and time of this solicitation.
The applicable North American industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this procurement is 561621 “Security Systems Services (except Locksmiths)”.
