Re-establish road typical section, grade, shape, and compact 3.64 miles of road. Establish road typical ditch where required to prevent stormwater run-on. Provide adequate soil moisture when and where natural conditions are not suitable to conduct road maintenance activities. Furnish, spread, and compact Crushed Aggregate Surfacing Course. Remove and replace existing culverts. Remove and replace or reset existing fence/cattle guards.
