THE SOLICITATION FOR THIS PROJECT WILL BE POSTED ON OR ABOUT May 22, 2025.PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The GAOA McCall Area Housing Barracks Replacement consists of installation of new site utilities, demolition of two existing bunkhouses, installation of four new prefabricated barracks, construction of a new laundry building and a new trailer pad at the McCall Area Housing site on the Payette National Forest.
The award may include the exercising of two option items as follows: (1) Demolish one existing Bunkhouse and (2) install two prefabricated Barracks Demolish one existing Bunkhouse and install one prefabricated Barracks
PROJECT LOCATION: The project site is located within the city of McCall Idaho at 600 North Mission Street and 90 W Forest St on Forest Service Property (McCall Area Housing site). It is within the Payette National Forest in Valley County. Located in T.18N., R.3E., Section 8, Boise Meridian
NOTE: Contractors shall furnish all labor, supervision, equipment, materials, transportation, supplies (unless specified elsewhere as Government-furnished), and incidentals required to accomplish specified work in compliance with the terms, specifications, and provisions of the contract. Work is estimated to begin around August 1, 2025, and should be completed within 365 days. Options will be completed after an additional 365 days.
