Amendment 0001: The purpose of this amendment is to provide answers to questions about this solicitation, and extend the response deadline to 09/04/2025 at 10:00 AM MT. When submitting your response to this RFQ, include Tanya.Linnell@usda.gov in addition to the contract specialist listed in section (xxi) of the RFQ document. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. Return a signed copy of this amendment with your quote.
The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Forest Service (FS), Intermountain Region, Fishlake National Forest has a need for supplies for the Pleasant Creek Water System which meet or exceed the specifications contained in the description section of the attached request for quote (RFQ) document. Responses to this solicitation shall include the following: AT A MINIMUM, QUOTERS SHALL SUBMIT THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS BACK WITH THEIR RESPONSE TO THIS SOLICITATION:1.
