GAOA STINKINGWATER ROAD REPAIRS for the BLM-Burns District Office, OregonTHIS IS A PRESOLICITATION SYNOPSIS. The solicitation is anticipated to be issued on or about July 23, 2025. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. The Government reserves the right to cancel this pre-solicitation notice and not proceed with solicitation. This procurement will be an INDIAN SMALL BUSINESS ECONOMIC ENTERPRISES (ISBEE) SET ASIDE. The Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Oregon State Office intends to issue a Request for Proposal for a firm fixed price construction contract for Warm Springs Stinkingwater Road Repairs for the BLM-Burns District Office, Oregon.The work to be performed will include all labor, supervision, transportation, equipment, tools, supplies, materials, and incidentals necessary for cleaning of existing culverts to remain in place, cleaning of cattleguards, replacement of culverts, maintenance of roadway vegetation, reconditioning of roadway, installation of riprap, and placement of surface aggregate. The project is located along the Warm Springs Stinkingwater Road that runs 18.36 miles west to east connecting the Stinkingwater Access Road to the Warm Springs Reservoir, northeast of crane, Oregon in Harney County.IAW FAR 36.204, the magnitude of this construction project is between $250,000 and $500,000. The performance period is 184 days after issuance of Notice to Proceed (NTP). The government estimates NTP will be issued approximately 03/20/2026. The NAICS code is 237310 - Highway, Street, and Bridge Construction, and the small business size standard is $45 million. Requirement is subject to construction wage determination OR20250001, effective 06/27/2025. The most recent version will be incorporated at time of award.
