The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - New England District is issuing a Pre-Solicitation Notice for Garage Rehabilitation, Mansfield Hollow Dam, Mansfield, CT
THE WORK CONSISTS OF: Furnish all materials, equipment, and labor to renovate existing garage. This includes removal of a lean-to shelter, eave reconstruction, window removal and window opening closure, siding removal and replacement, roof removal and replacement, gutter removal and replacement, and entry door removal and replacement. Location is 141 Mansfield Hollow Rd., Mansfield Center, CT.

This is not a request for quotes at this time. The solicitation requirements and contract documents, to include instructions for submission, and the response date will be available on or about October 4, 2023.
