Description
The Embassy of the United States of America invites you to submit a quotation for gardening services for real estate properties owned or managed by the United States Government.
The Embassy intends to conduct a site visits and pre-quotation conference at the Avenida da Torre de Belém 11, Lisbon on February 5 at 9:00 a.m. and at 10:30 a.m at Rua do Sacramento à Lapa 18, Lisbon, and all prospective quoters are invited to attend. Prospective quoters must notify the Procurement Section by e-mail LisbonProcure@state.gov if they intend to attend the site visit and provide name(s) of representative(s) by February 3, 2025.
In order for a quotation to be considered, you must also complete and submit the following:
SF1499; Section 1 pricing; Section 5, Representations and Certifications; Additional information as required in Section 3.Please be advised that firms need to be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) www.sam.gov before the contract is awarded. If you require any additional information, please contact the Procurement Section.

The U.S. Government intends to award a contract/purchase order to the responsible company submitting an acceptable quotation at the lowest price. We intend to award a contract/purchase order based on initial quotations, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so.
Submit your quotation by e-mail to LisbonProcure@state.gov or in a sealed envelope marked "Proposal Enclosed" to Jonathan Nwosu, Contracting Officer, U.S. Embassy Lisbon, Avenida das Forças Armadas 133, 1649-044 Lisboa on or before 16:00 hours on February 28, 2025. No quotations will be accepted after this time.
