Enclosed is a Request for Quotations (RFQ) for Gardening Services for U.S. Embassy Baguio, Camp John Hay, Baguio City. If you would like to submit quotation, follow the instructions in Section 3 of the solicitation, complete the required portions of the attached document, and submit it to the address shown on the Standard Form 1449 that follows this letter.
The U.S. Government intends to award a contract/purchase order to the responsible company submitting an acceptable offer at the lowest price. We intend to award a contract/purchase order based on initial quotations, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so.
The Embassy intends to conduct a pre-quotation conference at the site to include a mandatory site visit. All prospective offerors who have received a solicitation package will be invited to attend. The pre-proposal conference and site visit will be held on 2 July 2025, 1:30 P.M. (Philippine local time) at the U.S. Embassy, Baguio Compound, Camp John Hay, Baguio City. Prospective offerors/quoters are requested to assemble at 1:00 P.M. (Philippine local time) at the front gate of the U.S. Embassy, Baguio Compound, Camp John Hay, Baguio City. To facilitate preparation of access clearance, submit name/s of representatives (limit to two) by email to ManilaContracting@state.gov no later than 27 June 2025, 4:00 P.M. (Philippine local time). Access to USG facilities will not be permitted without prior access clearance. See Section 2, FAR 52.237-1 of the attached Request for Quotation.
Submit any questions you may have concerning the solicitation documents in writing to ManilaContracting@state.gov on or before 7 July 2025, 4:00 P.M. (Philippine local time).
