Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 6, intends to negotiate a sole source contract with Derrah Morrison Enterprises LLC for drain system and installation services at the Durham Veterans Medical Center (VAMC). Justification for this sole source procurement is in accordance with VAAR 819.7008 soliciting from an SDVOSB single source. Under the authority of Public Law 104-262, 38 U.S.C. 8153 and Veterans Affairs Acquisition Regulation (VAAR) Part 873, the contractor agrees to provide Environ mate DM6000 with installation and installation of additional units for Durham VA Medical Center. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. No solicitation documents are available, and telephone requests will not be accepted. It has been determined by the Government not to compete the proposed acquisition of this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. No telephone request will be accepted.
