This is a combined synopsis/solicitation and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2025-04. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation.
1. SERVICES REQUIRED The U.S. Coast Guard seeks technical and administrative support services for a Gas Carrier Inspector Course in accordance with Attachment (1) - Performance Work Statement. (PWS). The Government intends to award a single award Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Indefinite Delivery/Indefinit Quantity (IDIQ) contract consisting of one (1) 12-month(s) base period and four (4) 12-month(s) option period.
2. SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS The contractor shall provide training and related support services required to conduct three (3), one-week (40-hours) Gas Carrier Inspection Courses for up to twenty-five (25) students per class in accordance with requirements described in Attachment (1) - Performance Work Statement (PWS).
