Description:
Purpose Of Procurement Pursuant To The State Purchasing Act (official Code Of Georgia Annotated 50-5-50 Et Seq.), This Electronic Request For Quotes (erfq) Is Being Issued To Establish A Contract With One Or More Qualified Suppliers Who Will Provide Cafeteria/kitchen Appliances To Georgia Southern University (hereinafter, The State Entity), A Unit Of The University System Of Georgia As Further Described In This Erfq. This Rfq Will Be Awarded To Multiple Suppliers That Are Able To Agree To Requirements Addressed In This Bid. This Contract Would Be For One (1) Year With Four (4) Optional Yearly Renewals. This Contract Would Begin As Soon As We Are Able To Award It After The Protest Period. There Is No Guarantee Of The Amount Of Purchases From Your Company. This Is For Georgia Southern University To Have A Pool Of Suppliers We Can Get Quotes From And Make Purchases On An As Needed Basis To Remain In Compliance With State Regulations.
