Description:
Purpose Of Procurement Pursuant To The State Purchasing Act (official Code Of Georgia Annotated 50-5-50 Et Seq.), This Electronic Request For Quotes (erfq) Is Being Issued To Establish A Contract With One Or More Qualified Suppliers Who Will Provide Hvac Equipment, Parts, & Supplies To Georgia Southern University By And Behalf The University System Of Georgia (hereinafter, The State Entity) As Further Described In This Erfq. This Rfq Will Be Awarded To Multiple Suppliers That Are Able To Meet And Agree To The Requirements Addressed In This Bid. This Contract Would Be For One (1) Year With Four (4) Optional One Year Renewals. This Contract Would Begin As Soon As We Are Able To Award And Contracts Are Fully Executed After The Protest Period. Responding To This Bid The Supplier Understands There Is No Guarantee Of The Amount Of Spend Or Orders We Will Place With Them. The Awarded Suppliers Will Be Established So Georgia Southern University Can Reach Out For Quotes And To Make Purchases On An As Needed Basis To Remain In Compliance With State Regulations.
