- Purpose Of Procurement Pursuant To The State Purchasing Act (official Code Of Georgia Annotated 50-5-50 Et Seq.), This Electronic Request For Quotes (erfq) Is Being Issued To Establish A Contract With One Or More Qualified Suppliers Who Will Provide Kitchenware Smallwares To Georgia Southern University (hereinafter, The State Entity), A Unit Of The University System Of Georgia As Further Described In This Erfq. This Rfq Will Be Awarded To Multiple Suppliers That Are Able To Agree To Requirements Addressed In This Bid And Are Able To Be Validated By Usg Share Services. This Contract Would Be For One (1) Year With Four (4) Optional Yearly Renewals. There Is No Guarantee Of The Amount Of Purchases From Your Company. This Is For Georgia Southern University To Have A Pool Of Suppliers We Can Get Quotes From And Make Purchases On An As Needed Basis To Remain In Compliance With State Regulations. The Resulting Contract Will Be Available For Use By Other State Of Georgia Institutions, Colleges, Or Other Georgia State Agencies Upon Approval Of The Awarded Supplier, The University System Of Georgia, And The Department Of Administrative Services.
