Pre-Solicitation

On or about 10 March 2025, the Government intends to issue a solicitation for “Gavins Point Recovery Lands Noxious Weed & Invasive Species Spraying IDIQ 2025-2030”. The solicitation will close on or about 10 April 2025. The solicitation is restricted to Small Businesses.

Project Description:

This is an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) services contract to provide weed spraying services on lands administered by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Gavins Point Project. Services include spraying noxious weeds, invasive species, and other undesirable vegetation.

The period of performance for spraying operations will be determined by individual Task Order. Task Orders may be issued against this contract for a period of 5 years from date of award or when the maximum contract ceiling value is reached, whichever occurs first.
