- The Texas Military (TMD) is seeking aContractor to provide one (1) concrete pad, driveway, install conduits,electrical power and communications in the Ground Control Station (GCS) yard tosupport the Ground-Based Detect and Avoid System (GBDAA) CONEX at EllingtonField at 14657 Sneider St., behind BLDG 1193, Houston, TX 77034-5586. Theconcrete pad size shall be adequate size to support the GBDAA CONEX includedwithin this Statement of Work (SOW). The CONEX exterior dimensions are 12.25 feetLength x 7.25 feet Width x 7 feet High. Approximate weight of CONEX is 4000 pounds(lbs). The concrete pad dimensions will be 26 feet long x 45 feet wide x 6 inchesthick. Driveway dimensions will be 26 feet x 45 feet x 6 inches thick.Contractor is responsible for field verification.
