Description:
San Francisco Community Land Trust (“SFCLT”) is seeking a general contractor for an interior rehab project at a group housing residential building in San Francisco. This project is being funded with MOHCD through the Preservation and Seismic Safety Program (PASS) and other local funds. The Rehab work includes interior repair and repaint, interior hardwood floor refinish, bathroom rehab, repairs and upgrades to two kitchens, repair or replacement of select windows and doors, and repair and replacement of light fixtures. The selected GC will be expected to offer value-engineering recommendations, and to take measures to preserve the historic character of the property. This Rehab has no LBE requirement, however LBE contractors will receive a 10% rating bonus. The Contractor-s General Conditions, Overhead and Profit cannot exceed 15%. The project requires prevailing wage.
