Gwinnett County Public Library Is Soliciting Proposals From Qualified Vendors To Provide A Multiyear Contract For The Ongoing Monitoring, Maintenance, And Support Of Our Firewall And Switching Infrastructure Across 16 Locations. The Selected Vendor Will Be Responsible For 24/7 Remote Monitoring, Scheduled Maintenance, Software Updates, And Technical Support. Optional Services May Include Managed Internal Broadband Services (mibs) And Basic Maintenance Of Internal Connections. All Services Must Adhere To Industry Best Practices, Applicable E-rate Guidelines, And Be Fully Auditable. The Existing Firewall And Switch Infrastructure Is Fully Designed, Installed, And Currently In Production Across All 16 Locations. Our Deployed Equipment, Which Includes Fortigate Firewalls (with The Utp Bundle License) And Associated Switches, Is Integral To Our Network Operations.
