REQUEST FOR QUOTEGeospatial Data Abstraction Library (GDAL) Integrated Software for Imagers and Spectrometers (ISIS3) Metadata UpdateINTRODUCTIONThis is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2025-04, June 11, 2025. This acquisition is set-aside for small business. DESCRIPTIONThe US Geological Survey, Astrogeology Team, requires a Geospatial Data Abstraction Library (GDAL) Integrated Software for Imagers and Spectrometers (ISIS3) Metadata Update as described in the attached Statement of Work. RELEVANT INFORMATIONThe North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 541511 Custom Computer Programming Services, and associated size standard $34.0 million applies to this announcement, along with Product Service Code R425 Support -Professional - Engineering / Technical.SUBMISSION OF QUOTESAll services will be performed at the contractor's location.
