Notice Is Hereby Given That The Georgia State Financing And Investment Commission (gsfic) Will Accept Electronic Bids On Behalf Of The Georgia Department Of Corrections (owner) For The Project Entitled Pulaski State Prison Mechanical Upgrade In Strict Conformity With Bidding And Contract Documents. Brief Description Of Project Scope: Complete Mechanical Renovation Of The Boiler Plant; Demo All Equipment Pertaining To Old Boiler Woodchip System, Including Augers; Fill In Woodchip Pit; Replace Centrifugal Chiller And Boilers; Replace Underground Chilled Water Loop, Heating Water Loop, Domestic Hot Water Loop, And Domestic Cold Water Loop Piping To The Entire Facility; Additional Hvac Replacement To Include Air Handlers, Dx Systems, Air Rotation Units, Pumps, Terminal Units, Expansion Tank, Air Separators, Exhaust Fans, Unit Heaters, Controls, Ductwork, Louvers, Associated Appurtenances, Some Lighting And Ceiling Grids.
