Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 6 intends to award asole source, firm fixed price contract to GE OEC Medical Systems Information Technology, Inc for continuation of services for preventive maintenance of GE Brand PCS MACVU360 systems for the Fayetteville VAMC located at 2300 Ramsey Street, Fayetteville, NC, 28301. It is the Government s belief that the proposed candidate is the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and sole provider of the preventive maintenance of GE Brand PCS MACVU360 systems that are currently in place at the facility. Using any other supplier would result in duplicated costs that would not be recovered through competition. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. Market research has determined that these items can only be obtained from a single source without an unacceptable duplication of cost or delay in the continuity of patient care. No solicitation documents are available and telephone requests will not be accepted.However, any business that believes it can provide preventive maintenance of GE Brand PCS MACVU360 systems may give written notice to Jonathan.Lamb@va.gov by 05:00PM EST on February 21st, 2025. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to comply with the above requirement. Interested and capable respondents are requested to provide the information below.
