• The City of Ridgefield is accepting sealed bids for P23012-1: Gee Creek Loop to be received no later than Tuesday, March 24, 2026 at 2:00 p.m.The City of Ridgefield is seeking bids from highly qualified contractors to provide all labor, supplies, equipment and materials for the improvement of Gee Creek Loop with roadway reconstruction, including a pair RRFB-s, lighting, curb ramps, stormwater system improvements, water main and water service realignment, and other work, all in accordance with the attached Contract Plans, these Contract Provisions, and the Standard Specifications.The Work shall be fully complete within 65 Working Days from the Notice to Proceed.This project is financed through the Community Development Block Grant Program with funds obtained from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. The contract will be subject to regulations of the Departments of Labor and Housing and Urban Development.Attention is called to Federal provisions for Equal Employment Opportunity, HUD Section 3 requirements, and the minimum wages as set forth in the contract documents.The selected contractor must have an active registered account with the System for Award Management (SAM) through SAM.gov and cannot be debarred from bidding or working on public works projects.The City must advertise in its official newspaper source, The Columbian, its trade source for additional exposure, the Daily Journal of Commerce (DJC), and one or more minority newspaper sources, Washington State Office of Minority & Women-s Business Enterprises (OMWBE).The Contractor shall comply with the requirements of the Build America, Buy America (BABA) Act, 41 USC 8301 note, and all applicable rules and notices, as may be amended, if applicable to the Contractor-s infrastructure project.
