- Central Health seeks to obtain Bids from qualified General Contractors. The project site is located at 7901 Cameron Road, Austin, TX 78754 and consists of three (3) buildings. Building 1 is two-story with approximately 16,202 square feet. Building 2 is three-story with approximately 49,055 square feet. Building 3 is three-story with approximately 51,836 square feet. The buildings have active water and electric utilities. There are no gas services. Buildings are not sprinkled. Elevators and fire alarm systems are operational.As of the publication date of this solicitation, the documents provided in Exhibit A have been reviewed and approved by City of Austin. Permits are to be issued to the successful contractor. The Contractor awarded through this solicitation must be aware and comply with any and all additional City requirements that result from the expedited permitting process.***Interested Bidders must download the Demolition (Construction) Drawings from Bidnet.
