1. INVITATION TO SUBMIT PROPOSALYou are invited to submit a proposal in response to this Request for Proposal (RFP) for the specified items, in accordance with the provisions set forth herein. The resulting subcontract is anticipated to be issued as an This Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) agreement encompasses both Time & Materials (T&M) and Firm Fixed Price (FFP) task orders and shall be governed by the terms and conditions set forth in this solicitation. The required services will be acquired either through the proposed task order release process, competitive procedures, or other authorized procurement methods.
