Project IDCITY OF KILLEEN, TEXASThe City of Killeen is pleased to present a Request of Qualifications (RFQ) to solicit interest from prospective entities for a Project Title. All responses will be reviewed to determine qualifications and competence. These services are in accordance with Texas Government Code Section 2269.305. Request for qualifications will be accepted electronically though the City-s OpenGov e-bidding site or addressed to the City of Killeen, Attn: Purchasing Division, 802 N 2nd Street, Bldg. E, 2nd Floor, Killeen, Texas 76541, until Response Submission Date, at Response Submission Time. Submittals shall be plainly marked with the name and address of the Respondent and labeled \"Request for Qualifications: RFQ Project ID, Project Title” Submittals received after the closing time will be returned unopened.Firms may register and submit qualifications electronically at https://procurement.opengov.com/login .RFQ questions will be accepted on the OpenGov E-Bidding site (https://procurement.opengov.com/login), until Question Submission Time on Question Submission Date.
