Description:
Purpose: Acquire all the workforce, materials, equipment, tools and services in relation to the proposed repairs for the mitigation of the damage to the existing building and infrastructure caused by the passage of Hurricane Maria, as described in the scope of works (SW) of the project identified by FEMA as PW: 7002, DI: 145634. Work scope: the general repairs proposed for the Aibonito Government Center include, without limiting themselves to the following work items: Architecture: Removal, disposition and replacement of windows, doors and fixed crystals (the latter including their sealing, as described in plans and other auction documents), as well as the removal, disposal and replace Board), and the application of paint products (with the previous preparation of the surfaces) on walls, columns, beams, slabs, doors, handrails, railings, Louvers, gates and other components where it is required, both in interior areas (common areas) and outdoor; All as detailed in the contract documents.
