: The work related to the general repairs in the Lottery building in Puerto Rico include, without limiting themselves to the following items: general paint including pressure washing of the surfaces, correction of cracks and fogging, removal and re-application of window caulking, windows,Mesh replacement for pigeons, waterproofing of roofs with asphalt membrane and replacement of luminaires among others. All work items included in each project will be carried out in accordance with the provisions of contract documents and in all laws, regulations, codesand more recent standards (state and federal), which are applicable to these activities. All people, natural or legal, which meet the minimum requirements to establish a contract with the Government of Puerto Rico, are invited to participate in the formal auction of reference.These requirements are established in Chapter V of Law No. 73-2019, according to amended, known as "General Services Administration Law for the Centralization of Purchases of the Government of Puerto Rico of 2019", as well as Regulation No. 9230 of November 18, 2020,According to amended, known as "Uniform Regulations for Purchasing and Auctions of Non -Professional Goods, Works and Services of the General Services Administration of the Government of Puerto Rico".
