Additional Requirements:  Contiguous space on a single floor oradjoining floors (including stackedspace) is required. Space should not be located nearestablishments whose primary operationis the sale of alcoholic beverages,firearms sold/discharged, or where thereare tenants related to drug treatment ordetention facilities.
10/2023 Space must also not be located within500 feet of an active, freight carryingrailroad track. Space must contain a publicfacing/lobby/waiting area. Security Standard Level II and ALLsecurity requirements and approvals areto be determined by GSA. Ceiling height in all areas must be aminimum of 10 ft measured from thefloor to the lowest obstruction. In cities with public transportation, theservice must be at regularly scheduledtimes during the entire workday andwithin 600 feet (or two blocks, whicheveris less) from the building entrance for thecommuting needs of the visiting public. The route from the bus stop to thebuilding entrance shall be accessible forthe mobility impaired.
Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility,seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully servicedlease is required.
