Ft.•A minimum of 15 feet clear ceiling height is required. Grade level electronically operated (automatic), sectional overhead door. Minimum of 18 Ft. wide and 12 Ft. Tall. ••Automatic sprinkler protection system•Industrial-type sink approximately 24”wide x 24”long x 13” deep installed within a stainless steel 10 ft. counter with a bottom open shelf. Sink required hot and cold water.•Industrial/ commercial grade ventilation system•At least one personnel door from exterior to warehouse space. At least06/2025one other separate personnel door to the office space portion of the building from exterior. ••Concrete apron must be provided at all personnel and overhead doors.
