The Government shall have access to the space 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and 365 days a year.
Offered space should be no more than twice as long as it is wide.
The space should not be located immediately adjacent to railroad tracks.
Buildings containing warehouse, residential, or manufacturing facilities or buildings located in or near industrial or manufacturing zones or complexes shall not be acceptable.
Space shall be located not more than the equivalent of ¼ mile from a primary or secondary street serving the office.
Space shall not be located near bars, nightclubs and liquor stores.
Space shall not be located near dry cleaners, beauty salons, bingo parlors or other businesses that produce large fluctuations in traffic or smells detectable with the office space.
The Government currently occupies office and related space at 204 South Walnut Street in Florence, AL under an expiring lease and will consider alternative space if economically advantageous. The Government will use the information it receives in response to this advertisement as a basis to develop a cost-benefit analysis to determine whether to compete the lease requirement or pursue a sole source justification to remain at its current location.
