Additional Requirements:
Space shall be located not more than the equivalent of two city blocks from a primary or secondary street. First floor or upper floor contiguous space (on one floor) with a minimum of two accessible elevators. One accessible elevator may serve as a freight elevator. 2 reserved, off-street parking spaces are required for carpools, employees with disabilities, and in and out parking for program purposes. This parking must be paved, striped and graded for proper drainage. This parking must be lighted and shall be located on-site. Where on-site parking is not available, parking for the disabled must be located within the same block.Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain. Entities are advised to familiarize themselves with the telecommunications prohibitions outlined under Section 889 of the FY19 National DefenseAuthorization Act (NDAA), as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR).
