The eastern boundary follows Interstate 45, running south from Allen Parkway to Interstate 69. The southern boundary is defined by Interstate 69, stretching west from Interstate 45 to Kirby Drive. The western boundary runs along Kirby Drive, connecting Allen Parkway to Interstate 69. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 6,654 Maximum Sq. Ft.
