This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes as the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation number 15DDHQ25Q00000040 is being used as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation is under NAICS 811310 Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment (except Automotive and Electronic) Repair and Maintenance. Please see the attached solicitation, attachment A, Statement of Work for detailed requirement information. All quotes shall be on an all or none basis, alternate quotes will not be accepted. All sources shall submit a quotation which will be subject to evaluation in accordnace with the evaluation factors outlined in the soloiciation. In accordance with FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures, the Government intends to issue a single firm fixed Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to the eligible, responsible Offeror whose quote conforms to the requirements of this solicitation and presents the best value to the government.
INSTRUCTIONS TO OFFERORSThe Offeror shall provide a Firm Fixed Price Quote that includes all services listed in the Statement of Work. The quote must clearly demonstrate the Offeror-s ability to perform all requirements of the Statement of Work. The Offeror-s quote must specifically address the evaluation sub-factors listed below. All contractors and/or vendors providing a quote for this SOW must be registered and “active” in the Government SAM.gov System at the time of quote submission and must provide their unique IDnumber in the submission.
