The Indian Health Service, Navajo Area Office, located in/at Window Rock, Arizona 86515 has an upcoming requirement for on-site generator preventive maintenance services, load banking and automatic transfer switches (ATS) inspections services. Period of Performance is a base period of one year with (4) one year option periods.
Base Period: August 1, 2025 to July 31, 2026
1st Option Period: August 1, 2026 to July 31, 2027
2nd Option Period: August 1, 2027 to July 31, 2028
3rd Option Period: August 1, 2028 to July 31, 2029
4th Option Period: August 1, 2029 to July 31, 2030
