Sealed bids will be received at City Secretary-s Office, 1110 Houston Street, 3rd floor, City Hall Building, Laredo, Texas, or electronically through Cit-E-Bid until 4:00 P.M. on Thursday, June 26, 2025 and publically opened, read, and taken under advisement on Friday, June 27, 2025 at 9:00 A.M. for the furnishing of all necessary materials, machinery, equipement, labor, superintendence, and all other services and appurtenances required for FY24-ENG-25GEORGE PAPPAS TENNIS COURTS RESURFACING RE-BID for the City of Laredo, and shall include acknowledgement of any addenda submitted, and all other documents included in said bid call. Said bid shall be marked,FY24-ENG-25GEORGE PAPPAS TENNIS COURTS RESURFACING RE-BIDThis project entails the resurfacing and repainting of the George Pappas Tennis Courts located at 1300 Market St., Laredo, TX 78040. It is a total of nine tennis courts and includes the placement of new concrete, new playing surface, new paint scheme. Contractor will also remove, repaint, and replace the fence frame and any missing hardware. New netting, center straps, and net posts will be provided and installed.Construction contract time for the project is Ninety (90) working days.Each proposal and a proposal guaranty must be originals and must be sealed in an envelope plainly marked with the name of the project as shown above, and the name and address of the Bidder.
