Project Title: Construct Mini Mutes Georgetown Project Location: Georgetown County Airport, Georgetown SC. This is a construction contract to establish (2) remote radar threat emitter sites and one (1) personnel trailer located on leased properties at the Georgetown County Airport in accordance with the Statement of Work. Period of Performance: Not to Exceed 210 calendar days after issuance of Notice to Proceed. Competition: This is a 100% Small Business Set Aside for NAICS 238910.The Magnitude for this requirement in accordance with FAR 36.204(e) is valued between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00.A site visit for this solicitation is scheduled for Friday, 13 Jun 2025 / 10:00 AM local (EDT) time. Site visit location is: Georgetown County Airport 129 Airport Road, Georgetown, SC 29440. All questions for this solicitation will be due no later than Tuesday, 24 June 2025 / 2:00 PM local (EDT) time.
