- Purpose Of Procurement Pursuant To The State Purchasing Act (official Code Of Georgia Annotated 50-5-50 Et Seq.), This Electronic Request For Quotes (erfq) Is Being Issued To Establish A Contract With One Or More Qualified Suppliers Who Will Provide Georgia State University Admissions Publications To The Georgia State University's Office Of Admissions (hereinafter, The State Entity) As Further Described In This Erfq. The Office Of Admissions At Georgia State University Is Seeking Qualified Vendors To Provide Printing Services For Up To 37 Distinct Publications. These Materials Will Include Flyers, Brochures, Postcards, Stickers, And Viewbooks Related To The Admissions Process Across The University¿s Six Campuses. This Solicitation Will Result In A Multiple-award Contract, Meaning All Vendors Who Meet The Specified Requirements Will Be Eligible For Selection. However, Please Note That Contract Activation In A Given Fiscal Year Is Not Guaranteed. The Initial Contract Term Is One Year, With The Possibility Of Up To Four Additional Annual Renewals, Contingent Upon Performance And Ongoing Needs.
