Description
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Kansas City District (NWK) intends solicit, negotiate, and award one Single Award Task Order Contract (SATOC) in accordance with 40 U.S.C. Chap 11, Selection of Architects and Engineers (formerly known as the Brooks Architect Engineer Act) as implemented in FAR Subpart 36.6 and DFARS Subpart 236.6. Firms will be selected for negotiation based on demonstrated competence and qualifications for the required work. This contract will provide geotechnical laboratory testing, geotechnical engineering services, drilling services, construction quality assurance testing, rock testing and construction materials testing services for projects assigned to the Kansas City District (NWK), and may be used for any US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) District in the Northwestern Division (NWD) and other U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Districts.
