THIS IS A MARKET RESEARCH/SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE SEEKING INFORMATION ONLY. THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT ONLY SEEKING RESPONSES IN ORDER TO DETERMINE PARTICIPATION IN THIS ACQUISITION. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION/REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. THIS SHOULD NOT BE CONSTRUED AS A COMMITMENT BY THE GOVERNMENT TO ISSUE A SOLICITATION OR ULTIMATELY AWARD A CONTRACT, NOR DOES IT RESTRICT THE GOVERNMENT TO A PARTICULAR ACQUISITION APPROACH OR OTHERWISE REIMBURSE RESPONDENTS FOR ANY COSTS INCURRED IN PREPARATION OF A RESPONSE TO THIS NOTICE.

The Contractor will reroute radio frequency antenna connection/conduit cables from a temporary location to a permanent conduit solution that was previously drilled and installed as specified in Salient Characteristics, to include direct delivery to Andersen Air Force Base, Guam.

Salient Characteristics:

Relocate (location of cables is approximately 44ft above ground level; approximately single-story building; safety/potential need for bucket truck): Giant Voice RF Cables Antennas (mount has at least 10 ft of separation from other; after relocating GPS antenna, must have capability of verifying the GPS antenna) Lightning Protection Ground Cables (must verify all handled equipment is grounded)
Federal Signal Certified Contractor (prefer local; however, not restricted to small business; full & open competition)
The anticipated NAICS Code is 238210, Electrical Contractors and Other Wiring Installation Contractors.
