Basis for Award: The Government intends to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsibleofferor whose quotation conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price andother factors considered.
The following factors are listed in no specific order of precedence and will be used to evaluate quotations:

Technical: Quotes meeting all specifications outlined in this solicitation will be deemed technically capable. This is a Brand Name requirement and therefore only quotations with Brand Name items will be evaluated.
Price Reasonableness: Will be conducted in accordance with FAR 13.106-3(a). The total quoted price, to include shipping costs, will be used in the price evaluation.
