Introduction:The USDA Forest Service Gila National Forest, Reserve Ranger District, Reserve, NewMexico, has a requirement for the replacement of two (2) septic systems - middle three(3) bedroom house on Reserve Ranger District and middle two (2) bedroom house. TheContractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment and vehicles, services,testing, supervision and miscellaneous items to transport to the site necessary to performthe work as described in the attached SOW. All work shall be in accordance with thestatement of work contained herein. No changes to the specifications, terms, orconditions of this Request for Quotations (RFQ) shall be made without the prior approvalof the Contracting Officer in writing. The contractor is responsible for complying with allapplicable regulations and obtaining all permits for this work.2.
