The Indian Health Service, Gallup Service Unit, Gallup Indian Medical Center, located at 516 E. Nizhoni Blvd, Gallup, NM 87301, has an upcoming requirement for a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for Humipak Pouches. The period of performance will be as follows:
Base Year: 10/01/2025 to 09/30/2026
Option Year One: 10/01/2026 to 09/30/2027
The North American Industry Classification System or NAICS code is 339113 - Surgical Appliance and Supplies Manufacturing, with a small business size standard of 800 employees.
The Request for Quotations No. 75H71025Q00294 using the principles of FAR 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items in conjunction with FAR 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be issued on or by Monday, August 11, 2025. Evaluation factors may include technical capability to meet the government's needs and price. Quotes will be due on or by Friday, August 15, 2025.
